W3Inventor is a fast-growing digital solutions agency offering branding, web development, software, and marketing services for local and international clients. We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media & Content Creator to grow our brand visibility and generate leads through powerful content — especially on TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and maintain a simple weekly content calendar (IG/FB/LinkedIn/TikTok)
  • Create short videos/reels, stories, and carousels (Canva/CapCut/Adobe)
  • Write on-brand captions and schedule posts
  • Community management: reply to comments/DMs and escalate issues
  • Track basic metrics (reach, saves, engagement rate) and share a quick weekly summary
  • Stay on top of trends and propose content ideas/hooks
  • Keep brand voice and visuals consistent across platforms

Requirements

  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva/CapCut or similar)
  • Clear writing skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil a plus)
  • Organized, reliable, and able to meet weekly deadlines
  • Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok best practices
  • Portfolio or 2–3 sample posts/reels to showcase creativity

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Meta Business Suite/Creator Studio, Buffer, or Hootsuite
  • Light analytics know-how (UTMs, engagement rate, profile visits)
  • Basic photography (framing, lighting)
  • SEO/hashtag research basics
  • Motion graphics or simple animations
