Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and compliance with labor laws.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building events.
  • Address employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
