W3Inventor is a fast-growing digital solutions agency offering branding, web development, software, and marketing services for local and international clients. We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media & Content Creator to grow our brand visibility and generate leads through powerful content — especially on TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive inquiries/orders.
  • Create high-quality, engaging video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels (short-form storytelling, trends, product explainers, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and platform optimization for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Monitor performance analytics (reach, engagement, leads) and optimize content accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight services, client success stories, and company culture.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or personal brands.
  • Strong video creation & editing skills (mobile or desktop tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends, and ability to adapt them for a digital agency.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil is a bonus).
  • Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience running or assisting with paid social campaigns.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy (for B2B visibility).
  • Basic graphic design skills for posts, carousels, and stories.
