At W3Inventor, we prioritize dialogue and mutual problem-solving before considering refunds. If you’re not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to reach out to us for a discussion before filing a refund claim.

02. Eligibility for Refund

The eligibility for a refund depends on the type and stage of the project. Full refunds are offered if a project hasn’t been started or if the initial design style hasn’t been approved. Partial refunds are available if there’s a delivery failure after the approval of the initial design style. However, domain registrations and hosting registration services are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of these services. Furthermore, if you want a full refund, you must contact us within 7 days of placing your order. After this period, full refund eligibility may be voided.

03. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, clients must contact us with their order number and a comprehensive explanation of why they’re requesting a refund. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within a specific period, and the refund amount is determined by the proportion of completed work.

04. Limitation of Liability

W3Inventor’s liability is limited to the value of the uncompleted portion of the project. We are not obligated for losses due to the services provided or not provided or any delay in the same.

05. Policy Changes

W3Inventor reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.

Our policy encourages clients to communicate any dissatisfaction promptly so we can strive to resolve the issue. It’s important to note that there are conditions under which refunds may not be applicable, such as lack of proper communication from the client or incomplete information provided by the client at project initiation.
