Intern Accounts & Finance

We are on the lookout for a skilled Intern to join our Accounts & Finance team at W3Inventor. If you have a passion for accounting, finance, and proficiency in QuickBooks, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor company expenses.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Help with audit preparation and provide support during audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting functions and processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and procedures.
  • Understanding of financial statements and general ledger functions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify discrepancies or issues.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling financial information.
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to team goals.
